Our client is an investment management and real estate development company and they are currently recruiting to work in LISBON:

JUNIOR TOC

 (M/F)

Role Responsibilities:

- Accounting execution and validation;

- Accounting records of accruals and deferrals;

- Preparation of monthly closings, reports, accounts and IES;

- Accounting information processing and filing tax returns;

- Support in the Legal Certification of Accounts and management of the relationship with external auditors;

- Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations;

- Control expenses and Built budgets.

Profile:

- University degree in Accountancy, Economy, Finance, Management or equivalent;

- TOC Certification;

- Previous professional experience (at least 3 years) in a similar role, in multinational and multicultural company, ideally Shared Service Center;

- Good oral and written communication - both in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);

- Strong Excel skills (ERP, namely PHC will be a plus);

- Soft Skills: Good time management and capacity to identify priorities; Manage and solve problems; Autonomous and versatile; Resilience and productivity.
