Our client is an investment management and real estate development company and they are currently recruiting to work in LISBON:
GESTOR COMERCIAL
(M/F)
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing the hub spot having all the contacts in the system;
- Mediation agreement coordination; Investor, agent and lawyer coordination for each deal;
- Weekly reports on the new leads, conversions, and lost deals, as well as agent and country performances;
- Documentation follow up of the subscription documents and legal package of the investments;
- Replying to English and Portuguese spoken digital media leads;
- Supporting office, sales and marketing teams when necessary;
- Attending fairs and international events with the team;
- Supporting the sales and marketing process in property selling, doing visits, meeting with the clients or having video calls and doing proper follow up for closing deals
- Carrying out the whole sales process for given leads from pitch to signature with the support of the sales team.
Profile:
- Higher education in Management, Economics or Finance;
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus);
- Good command of IT tools;
- Good excel knowledge;
- Client orientation;
- Sales & commercial approach;
- Organization and able to work under press ion.
Offer:
- Base Salary: 1000€;
- Daily Meal: 7,63€payed in card;
- Commissions;
